My approach with individuals and late adolescents is client-centered, strength-based with a trauma focus to meet you in each of your unique therapeutic needs. My goal in working with you individually will be to help you in identifying goals for counseling and give you a place to begin your healing process.

My approach when working with couples is strength-based and attachment-based. In identifying the specific strengths and attachment style of each individual, we are then able to use those as building blocks to work through what is currently impacting your relationship and deepening the connection between you and your partner.

I will work with groups or organizations in addressing specific needs and focus on topics that will be most impactful to them.
